-- Location: PaxLair - Market Square, row houses R5to R12, the wharf, and Wody's pub.
-- Pet Races
-- Party and dancing in the row house block
-- Role-play packing up goods for a ship voyage to Port Phoenix (open in Release 19!!)
-- Celebrate Wody's pub in PaxLair (it's headed to Port Phoenix)
-- Fish on the wharf (of course!)
-- Meet people, learn about player towns, hear about more events, etc.
