Phoenix Republic Cinco De Bayou Festival! (Holiday)

It's that time of the year! The first annual holiday of the Phoenix Republic celebrating its founding as well as the Anniversary of the Count and Countess. This festival is packed full of ad-hoc meet and greets, parties, prizes and events ending in the yearly Port Phoenix Founders Ball!

It is this time of the year where EVERYONE in the republic creates parties, holds competitions to give out prizes, and show our proud Elysian heritage.
