Decided not to push forward with turning anything off. (I'd rather turn off all the sales and 2XP at the same time). Chris and I are working on the issue (it looks like it's somewhat related to the "unknown item" bug. I am hoping to get a build going tomorrow afternoon for a patch deployment early hours Wednesday.
