It was put together by a Guild called The Band in January of 1998 and still exists today. Under the guidance of @Winfield and others it prospered into multiple towns connected as a statehood. Today it is under the guidance of @NANOC and his wife Phoenix. PaxLair has a number of players coming to New Britannia that will participate in both games.
